I've made several purchases from Lace Lab over the years, just to have extra laces on hand, but in the past month or two I've purchased specific laces for specific shoes. One of them is the Made In England New Balance 1500 "OSHMAN'S". The shoe has gorgeous materials and excellent craftsmanship, obviously, as it is a Made In England New Balance pair after all. You may buy a boring pair of Made IN USA or MADE IN ENGLAND New Balance, but you'll never get a "bad" pair of them. That said, my pair of 1500s was very "boring". There are a couple small hits of silver 3M here & there and the plain navy laces that came w/ the shoes were doin' things no favors. Lace Lab helped me take care of that. This simple & cheap lace swap took an already nice shoe & made it look incredible. I also purchased some flat grey laces for this same pair of New Balance, and now the shoe genuinely feels like a top shelf collabo.Before & after pics are included, so see for yourself.I would recommend Lace Lab to any sneaker collector, because the product is solid, the prices are fair and they get your laces to you smoothly & quickly. If Lace Lab would carry some Nike SB style oval laces in a couple dozen colors. Not the thin ovals, but the thicker ones you see included w/ Dunk SBs. Those are great for Air Jordan 1s (as are Dunk SB insoles). That'd be great, because I'd never have to look elsewhere for laces. I do a lace swap on almost every shoe I buy at one point or another.
