Never received burgundy luxury leather laces

I would love to write a review about the burgundy luxury leather laces. However I never received them on my order. I have contacted customer service twice and still I haven’t received any response back. I am or thought I was a valued customer so my experience with this particular issue is horrible. As I wrote in the last email informing Lace Lab I never received the burgundy luxury leather laces. I have given Lace Lab more then enough time to get back to me with a decision to the suggestion given which is 1 refund my money or 2 send the burgundy luxury leather laces. I would prefer the laces. Now if there is a problem with the laces then you need to say that. Enough said one more thing. This is not setting right with me. I never had any problem in the past. This is the first.
